CANCELLATION POLICY – NEW CLIENTS
Our clinic wishes to help as many clients a week as possible. We feel we can achieve this more efficiently by being informed when appointments cannot be met so that the time can be reallocated. Unfortunately, some clients don’t attend without any prior notice i.e. ‘no shows’.
Provisionally book your appointment, upon receiving the £15 deposit your appointment will be confirmed. If no response after 24 hours the slot will be re-opened to others.
Deposits should be paid directly into our bank account by BACS.
The balance should be paid in cash when you attend treatment.
Fees
Please note that we can only accept cash payments for treatments.
- £36 for 50 minutes
- £22 for 25 minutes,
Prices for non-paid caregivers, senior citizens, a student or people on benefits
- £29 for 50 minutes
- £17 for 25 minutes.
Prices for Blue Light cardholders
- £31 for 50 minutes
- £19 for 25 minutes
To qualify for the discount, a photo ID and documental proof will be required, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us for further details.
A stair lift is available for clients with mobility issues.

We are open from 9 am to 5 pm (therapist may alter hours based on client’s request)

- We are open every first Saturday of the month till 2:30 pm
